Oh man, I thought I lost this!

OK so quick story time: fans of PA! might remember my slew of various words and catch phrases, like “sla”, “sna”, “bouly”, etc. Well, former PA! News Dude, Meweight, aka TPP, created this little handy utility on his website, called the “Nick15 Word Generator”. What it does is, well, it creates a word like something I would say. But, alas, I lost the link to it a long time ago.

…or so I thought! After randomly remembering about it, I managed to find Meweight’s page of Text Generators, including the Nick15 Word Generator! YES!!

…OK, yeah yeah, actually it turns out that there is a back-up version over at the Internet Archive, so not all is lost.

That said, my initial fear was that Meweight’s Generator used some ancient “cgi-bin” scripts which the Wayback Machine didn’t archive, thus keeping it permanently broken. Consider that some Wayback Machine archives of PA! broke the site’s NewsPro utilities, or didn’t know to archive them, so the news for that archive disappeared.
