A Quick Diversion:

The Actual News:

So as I’m sure you’ve all heard my mention many times already, but I’ve been planning on creating a YouTube channel for the site in order to cover all kinds of different things… obviously Pokémon stuff, but also general gaming videos, comics, artwork, or any other tale I think would be worth sharing.

Well if you’ve been on the PA! Discord, you might have already seen some of the little preview videos for the YouTube channel that I posted there. But that’s OK, I thought I’d share them here as well. Cool, huh?

Anyways, this first video is a preview of what I’m planning to use as the intro to all the videos. There’s no voice over yet, but imagine it saying something like “If spooky houses don’t scare you… and children acting like robots, and robots acting like children are too passé… then you will be SCARED SHITLESS when you see the horrors of…. POKEMON…. AAAH!!!

Pretty funny, huh? One thing I’m planning on doing is having the “AAAH!” scream be something different each time. I may reuse a few time and again, but it’ll definitely rotate through a bunch. This following video is an example of that.

After posting the above video, a few people on the PA! Discord gave me a few other ideas for other “AAAH!” sounds to use. There’s this one…

LOL

That one also got expanded to this one…

While this next one… well, I think it’ll speak for itself.

EHEHEHEHE! I love this kind of stuff.

Finally, this last PA!-related video is a short example of some of the video editing and restoration skills I used to clean up some of the footage I used in the intro. In particular, the “Pokémon coming out of the trash can” video came from a really bad VHS copy of the original commercial, so I manually removed all the bad VHS bits. Hopefully it looks better, which you can see below (it starts off with the bad example, then shows the cleaner version afterwards).

Sooo… that’s it for all the PA! intro videos.

I DO however want to share two examples of the gaming stuff I may include on the YouTube Channel. Namely just me streaming my video gaming plays for you to watch and enjoy.

Specifically, I’ve been playing Call of Duty: Mobile a lot lately with my brother (aka BurtCokain), and here are just two of my plays. This first one was an easy win…

…while this second one was a tough fought loss. Enjoy!

But that’s it for now. Just a taste of what the PA! YouTube channel will be about. I hope you enjoyed these little videos, and I would also appreciate it if you could subscribe to the PA! YouTube channel as well! Thanks again, and Huzzah! Good times.
